ハンドメイド品のため、強い力や摩擦が加わると破損の原因となってしまいます。
恐れ入りますが、お取り扱いにご注意くださいますようお願いいたします。

素材の特性上、毛羽立って来る事がございます。
その際は、毛羽立ちの箇所のみハサミでカットしていただくと綺麗な状態に戻ります。


【発送について】
イヤーアクセサリーはご注文いただいてから金具を取り付けております。
ご入金確認後7日前後(土日祝日除く)で発送させていただいております。

仕上げ、発送準備等によりご入金後のキャンセル、お客様都合による返品・交換・返金はご遠慮いただいております。
万一、初期不良がございましたら商品到着後3日以内にご連絡くださいませ。

商品はクリックポストにて発送させていただいております。
一部地域を除き、発送してから２～３日後には郵便受けに投函されます。

また、クリックポストは郵便追跡サービスがございますが、郵送中の保証はございません。
郵送中のアクシデントには対応できかねますが、万一何かございましたらご連絡くださいませ。

Care & Handling Instructions

Handling: Since each piece is handmade, applying strong force or friction may cause damage. Please handle with care.

Maintenance: Due to the nature of the materials, some fuzzing or fluffing may occur over time. If this happens, gently trim only the raised fibers with small scissors to restore its neat appearance.

Shipping & Orders

Production Time: For earrings, the hardware is attached after your order is placed. Orders are dispatched approximately 7 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays) after payment confirmation.

Returns & Cancellations: Due to the custom finishing and preparation process, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse once payment is complete. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of arrival.

Delivery Method: Items are shipped via Click Post (Japan Post). Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 days after dispatch to reach your mailbox (excluding some remote regions).

Tracking & Guarantees: Click Post includes tracking, but does not provide postal insurance against loss or damage during transit. While we cannot be held responsible for postal accidents, please reach out to us if any issues arise.
